Hard to believe it’s been a year, but I’m happy to say that finally I achieved my goal of $1,000 monthly recurring revenue after 14 months.
I’m sitting in a room, holding my pen about to sign the biggest deal in my life. OMG! Just like in a movie.
But let’s start at the beginning and go back 3 months.
It’s been 5 months since I left my job in March 2018 and decided to focus on making my own products full time for 1 hardcore year to get $1,000 MRR.
Since that time I launched 5 products that earned $5,000 in total gross revenue.
3 month ago, I quit my job to follow my passion and make my own products. Progress Bar OS X was my second project in my 1 year challenge. This is the story of how I made it, specifically written to answer all of the questions I’ve received on Twitter.
